Back in the 1930's when there were many merchants selling coal for home heating, Sam Little was different. It was the norm in those hard years to hold back one bag on an order to increase the seller's profit.  Sam, on the other hand, always tossed an extra sack-full into every bin, to be absolutely sure that customers received more than their money's worth.  This piece of the past has survived to today in the company founded by his son, David, because it describes how his grandchildren Bernie, Mel and Bev, and great grandson Rob, treat their customers.  We still deliver that extra value.  It shows up in the equipment we choose to sell, the thought and care that go into our installations and the honesty of our service.  If there's anything we can do to provide a customer with extra assurance of comfort and satisfaction, we do it gladly.  It's a proud family heritage, and that means a lot to us.  Adding value keeps our suppliers happy too. It's rare that they ever hear a complaint from our residential customers.  Air Treatment Heating & Cooling has come a long way in residential heating and air conditioning, but our guiding philosophy has never changed.  Just as customers trusted Sam Little when his wagon drew up, they know today that they can have faith in our products, our service and our integrity.
